We believe, concrete pumps, designed and produced by TOSEI at one of the
best Korean factories, represent the best combination of quality and
value for money. At present, TOSEI provides 10 models of concrete pumps
with 5 sections boom, probably the most stable concrete pumps of the
market.
We accomplished the development of new hydraulic excavators of the medium
class. The TOSEI series new machines are producing at China’s AAA grade
factory, using importing parts (engine – CUMMINS B series, USA; hydraulic
system – KAWASAKI, Japan; cylinders – South Korea; etc.) We are working
according the norms of ISO 9001:2000 with CE certification.

We control every step of delivery.
With the high quality steaming coal from it’s own sites in the russian
Far East, TOSEI cater for small and medium quantity for domestic market
and also do vessel shipment from Vostochny Port for export requirements.
Currently, we are mining and exporting our coal to Japan and China.
